Maintenance of Water Supply System (Water Plan)
Since water is a source of human life and without water human cant live. water conservation, such as wells, rivers, seas and etc, is considered to be very important. Maintenance of water resources, especially wells (deep, semi-deep, shallow), should be implemented on the basis of specific conditions and characteristics, in order to ensure clean and quality water is funded. Water is one of the substances that germs and bacteria can easily enter into the human body and cause various diseases.
Natural water, either underground or surface water, does not contain H2O alone, and has other open substances. Some minerals such as iron, magnesium or calcium in water wells can be harmful to humans in most cases. But in some cases, water can be mixed with other impurities, such as bacteria, viruses or chemicals, and thus become dangerous to health. In most cases, wells that have these problems have a good appearance, smell or taste and therefore, intermittent testing and of wells is essential. Antiseptic, system maintenance and intermittent water testing can guarantee the health of the water.
Mujtaba Ali will conduct water testing:
Drinking water should be free from harmful organisms and dangerous chemicals. Mujtaba Ali will conduct two water tests: 1) Cliferum bacterial test, 2) Nitrite test,
Water testing provides the necessary information about water quality. Of course, this information is valid only for the time when the test is taken. Water test is recommended after heavy rainfall or flooding. The timing of these tests is included in the maintenance table.
For the implementation of these tests, a sample of wells will be taken. For this purpose, accurate sampling is crucial. Otherwise, the lab data will not be accurate about the samples taken, as a result, actions will be unaffected and useless.
Mujtaba Ali will use composite sampling in the wells that chlorine is used for. In this way, Mujtaba Ali will sample 2 times during the 24-hous. These two samples will be combined or form a single instance. The combined sample will be labeled to determine the amount of chemicals and chlorine levels in the water and take measures. Samples will be sent to the laboratory within 30 hours of sampling. Until the samples are sent to the laboratory, these specimens will be kept in the refrigerator. But in all cases, freezing of samples will be prevented, otherwise, the exact results of their testing will not be obtained. On sites where chlorine is used, Mujtaba Ali will pump daily chlorine water to evacuate chlorine deposition from the well.
Mujtaba Ali will test the PH of the water for all wells. The pH value can be measured in different ways. But Mujtaba Ali's company will use two common ways:
- A simple method that uses chlorometric (colorimetric)
2- Potentiometer (power voltage meter) using electrodes and PH meter.

C: debris Collection and dispose
Collection and disposal of waste is one of the most important issues in the maintenance of buildings and facilities. The lack of dust collection leads to the attraction of insects and animals and thus causes diseases such as cholera, diarrhea, vision problems, skin diseases, and so on.
Also, the lack of collection and disposal of rubbish leads to the formation of chemicals that can lead to groundwater and cause poisoning. Also, the environment, climate, and the environment can be affected by the inadequate management of waste.
Mujtaba Ali will categorize the wastes as below:
Residetional wastes: These are discharges that result from the resident and work of personnel, such as waste food, waste paper, plastics, pieces, glass, and the like.
Equipment wastes, such as greases, bottles, oils, electrical appliances, tires, wood, metals
Construction materials such as wood, metals, concretes, clay, stone and so on.
Disposables of medicines and treatments:druges, all kinds of disposables, disinfectants.
It should be noted that some of the wastes that does not enter into chemical interaction can be collected together in a container or bin of baskets. For example, materials such as glass, paper and wood can be collected in a bucket of rubbish. But some wastes, such as greases, metals, some special construction materials, can not be collected same place, as these materials can enter into chemical interactions in the short term, resulting in bad smells and various illnesses.
In all the facilities and building of the camps, all the kitchens, toilets, and the area of the camp, trash cans will pe putted. (1) no requirment if it is already available.2. If already available but not enough, additional baskets will be considered based on number the residents.
Garbage collection will mostly occur on a daily basis. But its unloading from sites can be done on a daily or weekly basis. This means that the disposal of sensitive and hazardous materials such as oil, lubricants, chemicals and other hazardous materials with potential risks to the health and safety of individuals and facilities can be discharged daily from the area, but other non-toxic materials such as glass, metals Construction materials and etc., are collected daily in the containers on the site and dispose on a weekly basis (twice a week) from the site.
